Maureen O Halloran These are typical Rockport construction, and well made.I bought these in a rush to wear whilst going to and from a day surgery appointment. I did not read the full description, and went off the images alone. The shoes appear to be slip on, but they are in fact lace up.

I've been wearing them to work and I walk around them for 6-8 hours straight. At the end of the day, my buttocks feel more tone and even cramped sometimes so it is doing something. They are pretty comfortable, but my only problem is that when I try to stand still, I feel myself rocking because of the shape and form of the shoes.

Maureen O Halloran Asics Nimbus are the best runnig shoes on Earth! Lightweith, confortable and beautifull. Can I ask for more?Yes... They are strong and last for a long time.
